5,000 Jobs Opened at the Global Career Connections 2006

PASIG CITY – Around 5,000 job openings here and abroad were featured in the annual job fair tagged as Global Career Connections 2006.

The said job fair was held last September 20-21, 2006 at the SM Mega Trade Hall I, 5th level, Building B, SM Mega Mall in Pasig City.

50 companies were tapped by the STI Career and Alumni Services Department to provide job opportunities to STI graduates. Seminars on résumé preparation, job interview tips, grooming and entrepreneurial programs were also conducted during the two-day job fair.

Global Career Connections is an annual event organized by STI as part of its commitment to help its graduates gain employment opportunities. STI is the only school with the E2E system or the Enrollment to Employment (E2E) system, a unique approach to human resource development. Through the E2E System, STI provides job placement assistance to its students and graduates.
