Mechanics

1. The "Refer a Friend! Win a Laptop!" promo is open to all STI graduates.
2. To qualify for the raffle, a graduate of STI should legibly fill out this raffle form with complete name, address, contact details and affix signature. He or she must also write down names and valid contact information of three (3) STI graduates.
3. After completely filling out the form, detach (tear along the perforated line) and drop the raffle form at the Guidance Office of any STI school.
4. Deadline of submission of entries will be on Decmeber 1, 2008 (Monday), 6pm
5. Winners will be drawn at STI Headquarters in Makati and will be conducted in the presence of both STI and eGS representatives on December 12, 2008.
6. Winner will be notified by registered mail and phone call by STI representatives
7. Winners may claim their prizes by presenting a valid ID (school, company, alumni, or government issued ID's) and the registered mail.
8. Should a winner be drawn more than once, he/ she will recieve the prize with higher value.
9. A winner will be drawn for each of the five areas ( Metro Manila, Southern Luzon, Northern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao).
10. Area winners will receive gift cheques and may still qualify for the Grand Draw.
11. A winner will be drawn from all the combined raffle entries for the grand prize.
12. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be fortefeid in favor of STIAA.
13. All STIAA employees, eGS employees and all their relatives up to the 1st degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
